Investors now have a 110% buy-back option after 5 years or a 120% buy-back after 10 years.

Clients purchase hotel rooms, sign an under-lease and rent the rooms to the operator (St. Camillus Care Group). The Operator then managers all the hotel operations as we as all upkeep, maintenance, upgrades and ensures that a guaranteed return is paid to the client on a quarterly basis.
